Hi, I’m Isaiah.

I’m Design Principal and Chief Creative Muscle for Isaiah Hwang Design, a one-man independent design studio based in Orange County, CA. I work with education, high tech, non-profit, and independent clients across the world to tell their visual stories through design and strategy.

Ever since I can remember, I’ve loved art, especially drawing. In the third grade, I even had a few of my drawings shown at a local museum in Santa Clara, CA and it gave me the motivation to pursue art as a career! Years later, I earned a BA in Graphic Design from San Jose State University (Go Spartans!) to fulfill that passion I had as a child.

Originally from the Bay Area, I enjoy cheering on my hometown sports teams, especially the Warriors and 49ers. If you love old school basketball, let’s be friends!

In my free time, I love serving at my church, hiking, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors with my wife and our dog, Lucky.

  • PHASE 2: RESEARCH & SKETCHING

    This is where ideas come to life. Through sketches and creative exploration, I uncover the most effective design solutions for your project. Each step brings us closer to the perfect design that captures your vision.

  • PHASE 3: RENDERING & PRESENTATION

    Upon determining the best solutions, I render the strongest designs and present the polished proof to the client.

  • PHASE 4: CHANGES OR FINAL TOUCHES

    Based on feedback and further discussions, final touches are made and the project is delivered to the client.
